Our biomanufacturing base is located in Qidong, Jiangsu, close to our head office and R&D center in Shanghai. The facility is new, state-of-the art, and designed for cost-effective, flexible production.
The facility features two multi-functional production lines capable of kiloton-scale output, as well as a pilot-scale line for efficient, rapid scale-up of innovations from our R&D center and the production of smaller volumes.
We are currently constructing an additional, larger facility in Qidong to meet growing customer demand.
Our fully integrated system—covering procurement, production, quality control, warehousing, and logistics ensures seamless coordination and maximizes supply chain efficiency.
QUALITY CONTROL
We have implemented quality-by-design principles through a world-class quality management system that spans the entire process—from raw material qualification to finished product release and storage. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art control and analytical instruments to ensure comprehensive, end-to-end quality management.
ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY
We integrate sustainable thinking into our operations from the start. We obtain raw materials from sustainable sources and use clean biotechnology to produce our products. We apply strict safety and environmental policies and comply with all relevant standards and regulations.
