Our 2'-FL is sustainably produced by Corynebacterium glutamicum, a safe, non-endotoxin-producing strain recognized as Qualified Presumption of Safety (QPS) by EFSA and Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the U.S. FDA. Our robust and scalable processes have been validated across multiple production scales, consistently delivering products of the highest quality, purity, and reliability.

Cataya 2'-FL has received a "No Questions" letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration under its GRAS notification and official regulatory approval from the National Health Commission (NHC) of China. These approvals support the use of Cataya 2'-FL in non-exempt infant formulas as well as in a wide range of conventional foods. Regulatory filings for our 2'-FL are also progressing across multiple regions globally.
